The Circle of Love Economic Model invites our Cousins, those who participate in Pete-Flo’s offerings, to become part of a shared journey and hold a meaningful distribution in the organization. This isn’t just about economics; it’s about building a community that uplifts one another and embodies our values of solidarity, shared success, and empowerment.
Eligibility and Distribution Allocation
The Circle of Love model is built on the idea that commitment and engagement with Pete-Flo should be valued in a real, tangible way. That’s why we’ve created a tiered structure that reflects different levels of involvement, offering meaningful distribution in the organization. Our goal is to honor each person’s unique journey with us, whether they join for a single workshop or commit to a year-long fellowship.

Cousins Financial Participation
Every Cousin is eligible for annual revenue-sharing distributions, provided Pete-Flo meets its financial goals. Distributions will be proportional to the distribution held, ensuring that everyone in the Circle of Love shares in our growth and success together.
Solidarity Fund
A percentage of Pete-Flo’s profits will go towards The Solidarity Fund. This fund is about investing in the ideas, projects, and passions of our Village. It’s a dedicated resource to support the initiatives that our community envisions and creates, encouraging innovation and impact within the Circle of Love. The solidarity fund will be allocated by the organization’s growth as follows:
Years 1 - 3: Five percent (5%) of profits
Years 3 - 7: Ten percent (10%) of profits
Years 7 - 10: Fifteen percent (15%) of profits
Years 10+: Twenty percent (20%) of profits
Our goal is to have the first distribution of The Solidarity Fund by the end of year two (EOY 2026).
